A pre-arrival welcome phone call to your guests including directions and local information and a
meet-and-greet service are available if required.

As trusted key holders we can make regular checks on the property and provide a 24/7 emergency and alarm call-out service.
We are also able to allow access to builders, plumbers etc, if necessary.

All our staff are CRB checked and vetted.

Laundry Service

We work closely with our preferred and recommended
laundry partners to provide you with all your
linen requirements.

Holiday Home Cleaning and Changeover

This is a full and comprehensive changeover clean of the
property to an exacting specification and standard.

Just changeover cleaning is not enough for a quality holiday property so our housekeepers also present the property, make
all the beds with fresh linen, provide fresh towels and carry out detailed property arrival checks, also placing any welcome
packs and sundry items you may wish to provide.

We can notify the guests when the property is ready – this is welcomed, particularly if they are able to get in earlier and so
start their holiday earlier!

We only use our own uniformed, fully-trained and insured staff
and all cleaning and changeovers are checked by a member of
our management team before guests arrive.
